STORE POLICY
Store Currency
All prices displayed at CebuShopper.com are in US Dollars (US$). CebuShopper.com customers can choose to be billed on a particular currency on the payment page. This gives our customers currency exchange savings and will be billed on their home currency. Current currencies supported are: US Dollar, Australian Dollar, Swiss Franc, Deutsche Mark, Euro, British Pound, Hong Kong Dollar, Japanese Yen, Norwegian Krone, New Zealand Dollar and Swedish Kronor.
Assurance
CebuShopper.com guarantees quality products and suppliers to its customers. We also guarantee fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and quality gift items the recipient is sure to enjoy. For cakes, it will take on or less than 3 hours from the pickup time from our supplier to the door of the recipient to guarantee freshness.
Delivery & Status
We usually deliver within 48 hours after receipt and credit card verification. Earlier delivery arrangements can also be made for returning customers. We do make every possible way to get your order to its intended destination on time. On rare instances, due to some factors beyond our control, delivery time may be delayed and you may be notified with a reason.
Order delivery status are sent to the customer the same day of delivery. This is done via email.
Returns
Due to the non-perishable and consumable state of goods sold at CebuShopper.com, we cannot accept returns with the exemptions for the following reasons,
1.] Damaged items caused by the delivery personnel
2.] Unacceptable quality
With these, we take great care on our orders for every delivery to arrive at our customers door in excellent condition.
Substitution
Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, availability of some flowers may be very limited. Specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. However, we will always try to make the flower arrangement as identical as possible to the one posted at CebuShopper.com.
